Commission requests are subject to personal approval.

The artist reserves the right to refuse a commission without reason.

Prices are valid as of time of purchase. Any increase or decrease to the price list will not affect an open commission.

The client agrees to provide a clear reference of the subject [art, photo, screenshot, written description, etc.].

An additional fee may apply for art commissioned solely from a written description.

The currency accepted is GBP and can be paid through PayPal, Stripe or Ko-fi.

Commissions can be paid either 100% upfront or split 50% upfront and 50% after sketch approval.

All prices listed are estimates.

Do not send payment before a final total has been agreed upon.

Time taken to complete a commission can vary depending on complexity and current que.

An approximate time frame can be given to the client on request.

If a commission is required within a set deadline then an additional rush fee may apply. This will vary based on complexity of the work, time until deadline and the current que.

Pieces are usually completed in a timely manner, but if for any unforeseen circumstances there will be a delay, the client will be informed.

After a commission has been accepted the client will be informed of when to expect the initial rough draft.

This will be sent through the client's chosen messaging service.

At the rough draft stage the client is welcome to request any alterations until they are happy for the commission to proceed to the next step.

After this the client is welcome to request any minor changes throughout the process.

If any major changes are requested after the initial draft stage a fee may apply.

Once the client is happy with the piece a full-resolution image will be sent either through email or as a link to Google Drive.

WIPs will be sent out as the project progresses, although the client is welcome to request an update at any time.

Note that there is no physical product.

If a refund is requested before work has begun then a full refund will be given.

If a refund is requested once the sketch phase has begun then a 50% refund will be given.

No refund will be given after the sketch phase has been completed.

If for any reason the artist is unable to start the commission the client will receive a full refund.

If for any unforeseen circumstances the artist is unable to complete the commission the client will be granted a refund minus a “Kill Fee” of 50%. The client will then receive the work in its current state of completion and the commission will be considered closed.

Note that this is an extremely rare occurrence as the artist will avoid cancelling commissions whenever possible.

A service fee may apply to any refund given e.g PayPal fees will be deducted from the total refund amount.

Retain all copyrights over the commissioned artwork.

Will not claim ownership of the client’s intellectual property used in the artwork [the client's original characters, etc.]

Will not further profit from the commissioned piece, unless the project is cancelled before completion.

Reserve the right to post the completed artwork and WIPs online, in my portfolio or in any publications.

If the client does not want their commission to be shared publicly then an additional fee will apply

May upload the commissioned artwork on social media, online art galleries, online character archives etc. as long as you credit the artist.

May print the commissioned art for your private, non profit use.

May use the commissioned piece for reference

May not use the commissioned art commercially or profit from it in anyway unless you have specifically requested commercial commission.

May not alter the commissioned artwork without consent

May not claim the artwork as your own.

May not mint the commissioned artwork as an NFT.

May not use the commissioned artwork for the purpose of machine learning, “Generative AI’ or anything similar to this.

I specialise in creature/animal/anthro art but I'm happy to draw any species be it humanoid/alien/mech etc.

Artistic nudity is usually fine, but please message me first to make sure.

I don't generally draw NSFW art, but if you have an idea that you'd like me to draw, I consider each commission on a case by case basis.

An extra charge will apply for artistic nudity/NSFW art

Body horror, gore etc. are usually fine as I enjoy drawing dark art, but please message me first with the details to make sure.

I consider each fan art commission on a case by case basis depending on franchise and subject matter.

I will not draw any hateful or discriminatory subjects/images etc.
